Q: How long will my brownies stay fresh?
A: Our brownies are baked fresh daily and do not contain any added preservatives, so we encourage you to enjoy them as soon as you receive them. If you can resist devouring them immediately, we suggest that you store your brownies in an airtight container or airtight plastic bag at room temperature. After three days, we recommend that they be frozen (brownies freeze remarkably well, for up to 6 months), also in airtight containers or airtight plastic bags.
Brownies taste best at room temperature or even slightly warmed, so we suggest the following guidelines. Times vary depending upon microwave ovens and power settings. Remove any foil, paper or cello wrappers before warming:
Warming after freezing takes about 15-20 seconds in a microwave
Warming after refrigeration takes about 10-15 seconds in a microwave
Warming from room temperature takes about 7-10 seconds in a microwave
Q: What size are your brownies?
A: Signature 2" by 3.67" rectangles and weight approximately 1/4 lb each depending on toppings - we don’t believe in skimping.
Q: Do the brownie gourmet do corporate gifting?
A: You’re in luck! The Brownie Gourmet has worked with companies of all sizes to develop unique and memorable brownie gift offerings. Q: Do you ship Brownies?
A: Yes! We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping is two days + Processing Time. some orders may be delayed due to covid-19, but we’re working closely with our delivery partners to help facilitate on-time delivery. The shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday via UPS or USPS. We can also ship on Thursday via USPS. Next day shipping is available for additional shipping charges via request. We strongly advise ordering for delivery ahead of time.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is 100% free to most of the U.S. and only $5 flat rate to everywhere else. Yes! We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Next day shipping is available for additional shipping charges via request - contact us.
Q: What is your address for local pick up?
A: We do not currently have local pick up.
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: Since our brownies are baked fresh daily, we always have them “on hand”. To be certain that we have exactly the brownies that you want, exactly when you want them, we ask that you place your order by 11:00 a.m. two business days prior to your desired date of delivery or pick-up. You may call us for same-day or next-day-orders, and we will certainly do all possible to accommodate.
Q: What forms of payment does The Brownie Gourmet™️ accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and apple pay.

Q: What if I have allergies?
A: Unfortunately, at this time we don’t offer a totally nut free option because we bake in a kitchen that uses nuts. Many of our varieties do not contain nuts, for example the Triple Chocolate Classic, Cookies and Cream and Salted Caramel. However, all of our Brownies may contain wheat, eggs, milk and soy and are baked in a kitchen that also uses nuts.
REFUND POLICY
Q: What if i’m not satisfied?
A: We stand by our products. We use the best ingredients and bake in small batches. If you are not satisfied with our product, please notify us and we will refund your money. If there is a special problem, we may request pictures or that you ship the product back to us at our expense.
Q: What if the product doesn’t arrive?
A: Address labels are generated straight from your online order. What you input is transferred directly into the UPS or USPS system. If an incorrect address was provided or the package is refused by the recipient and the package is returned to us, you will be notified. We will not refund your money. We will provide new brownies at 1/2 price, however, you must pay the full price on the shipment costs. If for some reason The Brownie Gourmet created the label and made an error on the package, we will either refund the entire cost or ship a new package with freshly baked brownies at not charge to you.
