What’s your minimum order for corporate and other bulk orders?
15 addresses/boxes minimum. We can work with you to develop a custom solution (stickers, packaging, etc) for orders of 25+ packages. If you’d like to place a corporate order for quantities less than 15, contact us or place your order here.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We request a 3 week lead time for corporate/bulk orders. We can process rush orders on a case by case basis. As a general rule, larger orders require additional lead time. If you’re pressed for time, contact us at hello@thebrowniegourmet.com or 1(800)683-4583 and we’ll do our best to make an accommodation! Additional lead time is requested for Holiday orders as order volume increases dramatically.
What type of customizations are available?
We’ll work with you to create a solution that best fits your brand and vision. We can do custom branded stickers, logos, etc. Custom orders require a minimum quantity and pricing is adjusted on a per-box basis. For non-custom orders, a personalized gift message is included for free! Use our corporate/bulk gifting contact form to get started.
How does shipping work?
We ship brownie gifts UPS Ground on weekdays. Shipping costs will be included on your invoice, and we can accommodate rush shipping for last minute orders if needed. After your order is complete, we’ll send you tracking numbers for each and every package.
